Section 1 - What Do We Do With Your Information?
When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. When you browse our Website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your expressed consent, we may send you emails about our Studio(s), new products, specials, and other updates.
Section 2 - Consent
How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, make a reservation, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may opt-out and withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at email@example.com.
Section 3 - Disclosure
We may disclose information collected from you to third parties who assist us in operating the website or conducting our business (for example, shipping companies who need your name, address and phone number for shipping purposes). This information is provided only after these outside parties have agreed to maintain the integrity, security, and confidentiality of the personal information disclosed. Speckles & Splatter LLC also may be required to disclose certain information to comply with legal requirements, such as subpoenas, search warrants, laws, regulations or court orders as part of a legal proceeding or a law enforcement agency request. Other than the foregoing and for purposes of credit card and electronic check processing, we do not currently share user information collected by us with third parties and have no plans to do so in the future.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Additionally, we have implemented security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information that we collect. In particular, we only use a third-party payment gateway which manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing network, adhering to strict industry standards for payment processing. These standards include at present 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions, industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information, and compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
Section 6 - Kids Under 13
We do not seek to collect and do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Prior to sending any information over the Internet about themselves (for instance, names, email addresses, and phone numbers), children should always get permission from their parents. We encourage all parents to take an active interest in their children’s online activities.
